Men's Mental Fitness For Love is a six month one-on-one fitness program with Coach Jayne - built specifically for men who are ready to end the cycle of silent suffering and learn to create deep and lasting connection with their partner. It’s time to build the mental strength, communication skills, and emotional resilience you may have never been taught, but always wanted.
This Isn’t Therapy. This is Fitness Training – MENTAL Fitness Training.
In the first eight weeks you will learn proven Mental Fitness techniques with weekly training videos, private coaching, and daily App support. For the next four months you will practice applying the new mental fitness strategies to your specific relationship challenges. Throughout the program Jayne will be by your side as your coach, guide and advocate.
